Training Philosophy
Working for years as personal trainers in a health club environment, Mark and Jessika gained knowledge and experience by working one on one with their clients. Over time, they found there were many other aspects of their clients lives that could not necessarily be addressed in a large health club type setting. The problem is, making a commitment to being fit is not something you do for one hour 3 times a week. It involves a commitment to being more active on a daily basis. Making healthier food choices. Nourishing the mind and the spirit as well as the body.
