- 55+ Stay Fit A variety of low-impact exercises designed to keep you ready to enjoy daily activities such as golf, gardening and fishing.
- IFlow A Total body, no impact workout with resistance bands to increase endurance, strength, balance and range of motion. Appropriate for beginner, intermediate and advanced exercisers!
- Moms n´ Tots (pre and post natal) Fun, functional exercises to maintain muscle tone and muscular endurance for pregnant women, or increase strength and endurance for post natal women that incorporates child participation to foster a life long love of exercise.
- Lunch Hour Express A challenging, fast paced circuit style total body workout to get you in and out fast!
- emPOWER Sculpt your body into a lean seduction machine through a functional fitness program incorporating dance moves, floor work and chair dancing. In a safe atmosphere of women only, tighten, tone, and firm up your body.
- TRX (suspension trainer) Are you hardcore? Wanna make your core even harder? TRX is an intensely challenging total body workout that uses one piece of equipment, gravity and your own body weight to give you a dramatically different workout!
