- Scarlett is a certified Personal Trainer with additional certification in training pre and post natal women, IFlow and holds a Yoga Exercise certificate. She has a background in dance and gymnastics and loves to incorporate fun, functional exercises into your routine. She enjoys the challenge of finding out what your individual imbalances are so that she can help you turn them into strengths! Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, lower blood pressure, prevent diabetes, strengthen your bones, compliment a healthy pregnancy, return to your pre-baby weight, get a bikini body or increase self-esteem and improve body image… the reasons to work with a personal trainer are endless and so are the fun and effective exercises to get you there!
